A Queen Creek woman’s new business protects homes when people are away.

Debbie Rochester recently opened Home Watch, which caters to part-time residents, snowbirds, and those scheduling extended vacations.

“When leaving your home, it’s not worth putting that responsibility into a neighbor’s hands,” she explained.

Rochester said her service prevents problems even from well-intentioned neighbors.

She recalled one homeowner’s neighbor watching a house left the hose running, causing a pool to overflow.

“Many things can go wrong while an owner is away,” she said. “It’s not a matter of whether it will happen; it’s when.”

As a business owner, Debbie knows the value of education; she invested in professional training and is a graduate of the Home Watch Academy.

All Good Home Watch is an approved member of the International Home Watch Alliance and is an IHWA Certified Home Watch Reporter, bonded and insured.
